Adventure Retreat Refund & Cancelation Policies
In effect: August 1st 2023
1. Cancellations Made 45 days prior to retreat start date:
- Full refund of the remaining balance (after deposit)
- The non-refundable deposit ($360 - $1,400) will not be refunded.
2. Cancellations Made 25 days prior to retreat start date:
- 50% refund of the remaining balance
- The non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
3. Cancellations Made less than 15 days prior to retreat start date:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
- The non-refundable deposit ($360) will not be refunded.
Transfers:
- Participants may transfer their registration to another person up to 48 hours before the retreat start date. An administrative fee of $50 will apply.
Exceptions:
- In the case of a documented medical emergency or unforeseen exceptional circumstances, a refund consideration can be made on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Allocation:
- The non-refundable deposit of will be retained to cover administrative and planning costs.
- The refundable balance will be calculated based on the remaining balance after deducting the non-refundable deposit.
